Quarterly meetings, in red, would still maintain the required board responsibilities. Interim meetings would be geared more toward informational meetings unless the previous quarterly meeting was cancelled, did not have a quorum or there was unfinished business.

In accordance with KRS 65.007, board members are subject to removal from the board by the Secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services if they fail to attend three (3) consecutive scheduled meetings.

All meetings will tentatively be held at 8am in the Lane Health Education Room of the Health Department. Breakfast will be available.

All meetings are subject to change based on scheduling conflicts that may arise. Special “called” meetings may be convened at the Chairman’s discretion.

*The September meeting will be held on the third Friday, rather than the second Friday, due to 9/8 being the same week as Labor Day, Monday, 9/4 when MCHD is closed, shortening the work week.
*The November meeting will be held on the third Friday, rather than the second Friday, due to 11/10 being Veteran’s Day. MCHD is closed.
